NEW ASUH OFFICE PROCEDURES
DUE TO COVID-19 FOR MEMBERS OF THE SENATE

ASUH Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Please go to this link https://meetings.hubspot.com/asuh to schedule an appointment to come into the ASUH Office at least 24 hours in advance. *If you have respiratory issues or have COVID-19 or were in contact with someone with COVID-19 within the past two weeks you will not be allowed to sign up.

Maximum number of people allowed in the ASUH Office is 5 including ASUH Staff and Senate members.

In order to enter the ASUH Office space you must wear a mask and have a temperature of 99 degrees or less (non contact thermometer provided and check done at entry).

You are allowed to bring in a visitor with you so long as that visitor follows the rules and procedures and Office capacity remains below 10.

Everyone in the ASUH Office must maintain a 6 feet distance from others or use the barriers provided when distancing is not possible.

Please comply with directions that are posted throughout the office.
